Returns Policy

By purchasing from www.liilii.com.au you accept our returns policy set out below.

Here at Lii Lii we do not refund but we do exchange or offer a credit note. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges and returns must be completed within 2 weeks of receiving your purchases. Please advise by email to lisa@liilii.com.au that you are sending something back so that we can hold the replacement item/s for you.

If there are additional monies owed this will be advised by return email. We will pay for the new item to be to you sent via Australia Post for the first exchange only per order. Postage is only offered on exchanges and not credit notes.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ALL GOODS WILL BE QUALITY CHECKED BEFORE AN EXCHANGE OR CREDIT IS GIVEN.

All of our products are quality checked before sending to you, however in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please email lisa@liilii.com.au for instructions.
